Bruce Talley co-founded NAKIVO in 2012, bringing years of experience in the software industry. Bruce has been leading the company as the Chief Executive Officer since then, ensuring its continuous growth and expansion.
Early on, he identified the challenges that would accompany virtualization, cloud technologies and the data-driven approach. Bruce believes that data protection and cybersecurity are essential for organizations of all sizes to build operational resilience and business continuity.
Bruce brings a long and successful track record of business development and management to NAKIVO. As VP of Product Development at Quest Software, Bruce played a vital role in the acquisition of VirtualFabrix, where he was the CEO. Prior to joining Quest Software, he helped BMC Software acquire CoroSoft while serving as its CEO. Earlier in his career, Bruce was the VP of Managed Services at Exodus Communications where he increased the company’s revenue from $2M to $300M in just 2 years. Bruce also held several management positions within Hewlett-Packard.

As the co-founder and Vice President of Product Management at NAKIVO, Sergei Serdyuk is a driving force behind the company’s global product portfolio. With over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, Sergei possesses a wealth of knowledge in software product management, project management, virtualization, cloud, and data protection. His passion lies in creating customer-centric products that save time, money, and effort for real humans.
In addition to his role in product management, Sergei actively contributes to NAKIVO’s marketing and customer support operations. With a deep understanding of the product development life cycle, he collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that NAKIVO’s offerings align with the ever-changing demands of the market.
With a track record of innovation and growth, Sergei leverages his extensive expertise to propel NAKIVO forward as a leading provider of data protection solutions. His unwavering commitment to delivering successful products continues to establish NAKIVO as a trusted partner in safeguarding organizations’ critical data.

With a proven track record in the technology industry, Margarita Matsko brings extensive experience to NAKIVO as Vice President of Operations. Margarita’s vast background in operations management has allowed her to streamline processes and drive productivity within the company.
Margarita continuously aims to identify growth opportunities and works on improving the collective performance of NAKIVO. In addition, Margarita has fostered a culture of collaboration by empowering individual team members to achieve remarkable results.

Anton Shelepchuk is the VP of Worldwide Sales at NAKIVO. Since joining the company in 2012 as a Senior Business Development Manager for North America, Anton has achieved remarkable sales objectives and driven exceptional growth within the department.
Anton is now responsible for developing global sales strategies while overseeing the entire NAKIVO sales team. His primary mission is to build stronger, sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships with customers and partners.

As the Vice President of Software Development at NAKIVO, Nail Abdalla’s primary responsibility is to oversee the development and delivery of high-quality data protection products that meet the needs of customers. Nail ensures that the software development team is equipped with all the resources and knowledge necessary to stay ahead of the curve in the industry.
Nail has more than 19 years of experience in the field of software development. His hands-on approach throughout his entire career, in addition to his master’s degree in computer science, has allowed him to acquire the required skills to drive innovation and development within the data protection industry.

Quality Assurance
Sergey Yazvinskiy’s role as the Vice President of Quality Assurance at NAKIVO is supported by more than 16 years of varied experience in project management, QA automation, virtualization, CMDB and data protection. Sergey’s main mission is to create and implement meticulous procedures that guarantee high-quality deliverables.
During his 12-year tenure at NAKIVO, Sergey was able to develop automated frameworks that allow NAKIVO to maintain world-class quality and reliability. Previously, he assumed the role of Product Lead at Quest Software in addition to other QA roles at various global companies.

At NAKIVO, Kim Nguyen builds and manages diverse project plans for the development of various features and improvements. He conducts continuous cross-departmental collaboration to ensure that all stages of the project are completed on time and with the highest quality.
Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in Software Technologies from Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Language and Information Technology. More importantly, Kim has amassed more than 10 years of project management experience.

Julia Petrenko joined NAKIVO in 2014 as a Support Assistant. Due to her continuous dedication and excellent track record, she became the lead support engineer of the L1 support team. In 2021, Julia was assigned the role of Technical Support Director, and her main objective is to ensure that NAKIVO customers receive timely and effective support.
NAKIVO delivers top-of-the-line technical support with 98% customer satisfaction, and Julia plays an integral role in delivering such high-quality services.

With more than 18 years of experience in B2B marketing, Elena amassed in-depth knowledge and expertise in strategic planning, brand management as well as marketing communications and analysis.
As the Head of Marketing at NAKIVO, Elena develops and oversees the overall NAKIVO marketing strategy for various channels including business development and installed base, in addition to corporate, channel and product marketing.
Since joining the company, Elena has sought to implement her strategic vision by creating an integrated department that can successfully present NAKIVO using online and offline marketing activities.

Since joining NAKIVO in 2019 as Corporate Marketing Manager, Anastasiya successfully created and launched numerous marketing campaigns that resulted in improved brand recognition and better market positioning. She has been the driving force behind some of the effective marketing strategies contributing to NAKIVO’s improved market share.
Anastasiya Volchenko holds a master’s degree in marketing management. She has extensive experience in full-cycle marketing, including brand strategy development and execution, internal and external communications, reputation management, budgeting and marketing event organization.
