NAKIVO Reports 10% Revenue Growth in EMEA

NAKIVO concludes Q1 2024 with the revenue growth of 10 percent in EMEA, as the company continues to accelerate in the backup and disaster recovery market for physical, virtual, cloud and SaaS environments.

In Q1 2024, NAKIVO accomplished the following:

Revenue: NAKIVO’s revenue in EMEA grew by 10% in Q1 2024, in comparison to Q1 2023. In Q1 2024, of the total revenue, 60% came from the EMEA region, 29% came from the Americas, and 11% came from the Asia-Pacific region. The highest growing producers of revenue in Q1 2024 for NAKIVO were Panama, Thailand, and Ukraine.

NAKIVO’s revenue grew more than 100% QoQ in Panama, China, Philippines, El Salvador, Dominican Republic, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, New Zealand, Egypt, India, Norway, Hungary, Croatia, Bulgaria, Morocco, and others.

Customers: Currently, NAKIVO has over 28,000 paid customers in 183 countries. The customer base grew by 12% in Q1 2024 vs. Q1 2023. The number of new customers grew by 12% in the EMEA region, by 14% in the Asia-Pacific region, and by 10% in the Americas. Enterprises continue to choose NAKIVO Backup & Replication as their preferred data protection solution, with new deployments growing by 10% in Q1 2024 over Q1 2023.

A sample of customers in Q1 2024 includes Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Datamine, Elevation Fiber, Royal Stroke University Hospital, University of Essex, and others.

Some examples of customer success stories in Q1 2024 include: Russell Sage College (NAKIVO Helps a College in NY Save $15,000 in Backup Costs), Narayani Development Bank Limited (NAKIVO Helps a Banking Company Improve RTO), and Sivam (NAKIVO Helps a Livestock Feed Company Protect Microsoft 365 Data).

Solution Partners: Currently, NAKIVO has over 8,600 software solution providers as Partners across the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle-East, and the Asia-Pacific region. In Q1 2024, 220 new solution providers joined the NAKIVO Partner Program and now offer NAKIVO products to their enterprise and SMB customers.

Managed Service Providers: NAKIVO’s Managed Service Provider Program enables managed service, cloud, and hosting providers to deliver VM backup as a service (BaaS), VM replication as a service (RaaS), and VM disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS) for their customers. In Q1 2024, the number of managed service providers grew by 31% vs. Q1 2023. Managed service providers from Curacao joined NAKIVO’s Managed Service Provider Program for the first time.

We contribute this success in EMEA to our close collaboration with partners and participation in a variety of events, lunches, and face-to-face meetings with both partners and customers,” says NAKIVO CEO Bruce Talley. “In Q1 2024, we also expanded our solution with support for Proxmox virtual environments. We believe that this recent addition will have a positive impact on our revenue in 2024, as many customers have been waiting for this functionality.”
