Trade-in pricing starts at USD 196 per 5 workloads for subscription licenses, and USD 252 per CPU socket for perpetual licenses.

By participating in this Trade-In Promotion (“Promotion”), you hereby agree to abide by the General Promotion Terms & Conditions ( “Terms”) available at https://www.nakivo.com/resources/promo/nakivo-promotion-general-terms/ and NAKIVO Privacy Policy available at https://www.nakivo.com/support/privacy-policy/ (“Policy”). If you do not agree with the Terms and/or the Policy, do not participate in the Promotion.

Promotion Period

The Promotion ends on March 31, 2025.

Eligibility

• The Promotion applies exclusively to current customers of one of the NAKIVO competitor companies. These customers must have a valid perpetual license for at least 2 sockets, or a valid subscription license for at least 10 instances/workloads. Eligibility will be determined at NAKIVO’s sole discretion.
• Trade-in is available only for the equivalent number of the competitor’s sockets in a perpetual license.
• Trade-in is available only for the equivalent number of the competitor’s instances/workloads in a subscription license.
• Eligible licenses from Vembu, Datto, Altaro or Veeam can be switched only to the NAKIVO Backup & Replication Pro, Enterprise and/or Enterprise Plus editions.
• Eligible licenses of Dell, Cohesity, Rubrik, Commvault, Zerto, Unitrends, Acronis, Avamar, or Netbackup can be switched only to the NAKIVO Backup & Replication Enterprise or Enterprise Plus editions.
• The Promotion is available worldwide.

Requirements

• The customer or customer affiliates must have never registered or purchased any NAKIVO products previously from NAKIVO or any NAKIVO partner.
• NAKIVO sales managers must be contacted with the necessary details to request a trade-in quote.
• A proof of purchase of the qualifying competitor product must be sent to NAKIVO at sales@nakivo.com. Proof can be a screenshot of the product licensing screen or a payment receipt for the competitor license, which includes the number of sockets/licenses covered, the support expiration date, and the customer’s name.
• Additional support and maintenance years can be purchased along with the trade-in offer.
• Multiple subscription years can be purchased along with the trade-in offer.

Miscellaneous

• The Promotion cannot be combined or cumulated with any other NAKIVO offers, promotions, campaigns, or sales programs if otherwise is not specified by Nakivo.
• NAKIVO reserves the right in its sole discretion to (1) terminate or modify the Promotion and/or these terms at any time, for any reason, and without further notice, and (2) disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or the administration of the Promotion.
• NAKIVO reserves the right to reject trade-in request, that at NAKIVO’s sole discretion is deemed not meeting the necessary conditions or criteria for participation in the Promotion herein.
• Participants are solely responsible for any costs, expenses, taxes and customs duties for the benefits received due the Promotion herein.
• NAKIVO does not bear responsibility or liability for fees and losses which participants may be subjected to from any third parties due to participation in the Promotion herein.
• The Promotion is subject to applicable laws and regulations, and void where prohibited.
